Parking provided, annual bonus, social functions.Our client, a successful Steadfast insurance brokerage, has been voted one of the Top Insurance Brokerages for 2024 (Insurance Business Mag).Due to growth, our client has two opportunities for Account Managers to join their South-West Melbourne office.You will be working in either the SME Commercial team or the Retail team and will be responsible for managing and growing an interesting and varied portfolio of clients.As an Account Manager you will be:Managing a portfolio of SME or Retail clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions.Providing expert advice on insurance policies and coverage options to meet clients' specific needs.Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms and pricing for clients.Handling client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims assistance as required.Identifying opportunities for new business and cross-selling additional products.Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation to support client meetings and reviews.On Offer:A competitive salary, bonus, and annual salary review.A collaborative and supportive working environment.Free unlimited parking both onsite and on street.End of month lunches and events throughout the year.Incentives for new business referrals.You will be Tier 1 qualified and ideally have:Proven experience as a broker, preferably within SME and Retail sectors (Highly experienced Assistant Account Executives will also be considered).A good understanding of Winbeat, Sunrise, and SCTP.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.The ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail and a proactive approach.Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify new business opportunities.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service to SME and Retail clients and are ready to take the next step in your career, join our client and make a real impact.For a confidential discussion, please call Claire Renshaw on and click Apply, or email your resume to Manager position available with top brokerage in South-West Melbourne.#J-18808-Ljbffr
