This is where you come in.As our next Carbonite, you'll be joining a team at multiple levels.
You'll be part of a team in your office, working with other talented people such as yourself.
You'll also be joining our national ranks, meaning you can easily tap into a knowledge base for a tricky question or to bounce ideas off of for the next team activity.Empowering our Carbonites is a big part of our mission and vision, so we focus on helping our Carbonites learn and grow, developing their careers in the direction that they want to go in.Job DescriptionAbout the role.No professional services firm is complete without a champion tackling the very important admin work, which is why we need you.
Our next administration assistant will be an all-rounder, confident to take on a range of tasks and be able to juggle multiple deadlines.No two days will be the same, and you'll be supporting a great team who will very much appreciate your hard work.This role is based full-time in our St Leonards office.Your daily activities will include (but aren't limited to):Mail in/out and processingMaintaining accurate records, scanning and filingOrganisation of staff eventsOrdering and stock control - autonomously manage facilities, supplies, and small purchasesScheduling and coordinating appointments and meetingsProviding PA support to one Partner - diary management and supporting daily business activitiesSupporting business operations with various administrative tasks as neededYou'll be perfect for the role if:You love a bit of team banter and activitiesYou want to be part of the coolest firm in AustraliaYou're keen to join a company that encourages you to define your own career pathDesired Skills and ExperienceWe're looking for someone with:2-4 years experience in a similar admin roleA love for all things admin and organisationA positive and proactive mindsetProficient in MS Word and ExcelAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood time management skills - ability to multi-task and prioritise workExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a team and autonomouslyMaintain strict confidentiality and meticulous attention to detailBe a team player – you will get to work with our team of amazing CarbonitesHaving a background or past experience in a similar role in the accounting/financial sector would be highly regardedKnowledge of Xero, Xero Practice Manager, SuiteFiles, Practice Ignition and ATO Lodgement portals would be an advantage.Ready to apply?Great, we'd love to hear from you.
