About the Role The position is primarily based in Melbourn, and some travel is expected.
The Service Sales Engineer position's main purpose is to sell service-related services and products, realizing the objectives set for Maintenance, Repairs (TBA), Rental and Parts, and plant upgrades.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers whereby the established number of customer visits is realized.
Responsibilities Achieving the set objectives and margins.Annually prepare, draw up and present the Service Annual Plan, based on the set objectives.Realizing the approved annual plan.Periodically evaluate the progress of the annual plan based on the monthly figures.Proposing corrective actions (after analyzing found deviations in the annual plan) and implementing them.Taking the initiative to increase market share and margin.Weekly coordination with Service Sales, FSR and Back Office regarding customers, projects and forecast.Initiating, maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers.Making, issuing and following up quotations for Maintenance, Repairs (TBA), Rental and Parts.Coordinating the financial conditions, credit and delivery conditions with the customer.Identifying customer needs and translating this into commercial solutions.Managing and maintaining the administrative processes associated with the position.Advising (and possibly giving presentations to) potential customers.Organizing and/or assisting with commercial activities (including fairs and factory visits).Regulations and Safety Responsible for compliance with our EHS requirements.Responsible for maintaining knowledge and compliance with national and EMEA guidelines and legislation in the field of HVAC.Job Requirements and Skills Customer-friendly and customer-oriented, able to build good relationships with customers.Commercial insight and cost-conscious.Works accurately and punctually.Driven and involved, able to set priorities.Team player.Working and thinking level to execute this role.Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.Broad technical knowledge in the field of air treatment, cooling, measuring and control technology of both Trane equipment and peripherals.Valid driver's license.If you would like to understand this role more first, let's explore this opportunity together and have a discussion by contacting:
