Schedule: Monday- Friday (09:00AM to 06:00PM AEST) What are we looking for? Skills Required: Experience using ConnectWise or other ITSM toolsAbility to deal with busy, high-pressure situationsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailHigh level of customer service and ability to comply with Service Management processesGood knowledge of End User Compute & Terminal ServicesExperience managing desktop user profiles, Outlook, and network printersDemonstrate professional behavior when interacting with suppliers, staff, and customersNice to Have: Experience using Kaseya or other RMM toolsDemonstrate understanding of ITIL processesExperience supporting Microsoft products e.g.
Windows 7, Windows 10, and O365Experience supporting English-speaking countriesRelated IT diploma or degreeITIL Foundation certificationMicrosoft certificationsPrevious experience supporting an Australian company or MSP is a plusWhat will you do?
