You'll love sales, love finding leads, love your clients, and love the hunt A great listener, and even better at asking great questionsThe role has unlimited earning potential plus the satisfaction of seeing how our services can really make a difference in our clients' world, all while giving you the freedom and choice in managing your personal lifestyle.You desire autonomy and like being the captain of your own ship. However, you would like to be part of a team and something bigger.You will be involved in finding exceptional CFO's who want to join the CFO Centre movement in Queensland whilst continuing to engage and motivate our current teamYou will be highly experienced, energetic and a self-driven individual with a natural ability and enjoyment of developing relationships. Along with having a demonstrable track record of excellence and achievement in the areas of business building, team leadership and account management, you will also want to work in a collegial environment with other like-minded professionals. This unique opportunity will suit entrepreneurial individuals with an understanding of commercial finance and the importance of a CFO in supporting the growth and strategic development of any business.The role may suit an experienced CFO looking to move away from just "the numbers" and reinvent themselves, or it may suit an experienced BDM / sales & marketing professional or past CEO.The CompanyThe CFO Centre is part of the CFO Centre Group, the Global Market Leader for part-time CFO services delivering time, money and peace of mind to enterprising mid-tier owner/managers with business revenue typically between $2m and $50m. The CFO Centre Group operates in 17 countries with over 700 experienced CFOs as part of our global team.· Founded in the UK in 2001, and established in Australia in 2009, the Australian business operates in 5 states.· The CFO Centre is passionate about providing top class Chief Financial Officer services on a part-time basis to the SME sector. Our purpose is to build relationships that make a real difference to both our clients and those who work with us. We are committed to the ongoing development of our team, both commercially and culturally, and believe in the long-term sustainable growth of our clients' businesses.· With a strong collegial environment, the CFO Centre's entire work is about providing highly experienced part-time CFOs to businesses that 'don't need, don't want and probably can't afford' a full-time Chief Financial Officer, but need this skill set on an ongoing regular basis to support their business growth.· Our CFOs are all qualified from one of the major professional accounting institutes and have all been real life CFOs in business, once, twice or several times over. Many of our CFOs have also run businesses or have general management experience. They share common qualities of excellence and the desire to pass on their knowledge and experience.Required Skills and Experience· Able to develop a strong alignment to the Company's purpose and culture;· A strong 'people person' with a natural ability and enjoyment of building relationships;· A team player who thrives on building, leading and motivating a high performing team;· Has previously built a sustainable team/division;· Commercial background;· Credible and able to 'connect' with and influence SME business owners;· Enjoyment of and successful track record in developing new business;· Energetic, motivated, determined, able to makes things happen;· Organised and dependable;· Empathy with and understanding of the role of the Chief Financial Officer;· Excellent presentation and communication skills.· Live in the Brisbane areaThe role is self-employed, while operating within a defined model, and combines the benefits of being part of a team and a support organisation, but with a level of autonomy and freedom in how the results are delivered.If you have any questions about this position, please email Deanne Ord (Operations Coordinator) at ****** who is happy to help.
