Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach, is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays.
Providing close encounters with the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach, and the islands of the Whitsundays, Cruise Whitsundays operates 10 modern, well-equipped, air-conditioned vessels, plus a world-class sailing catamaran, offering a range of tours, as well as an inter-island resort connection service, with regular daily departures at three islands, one airport, and two mainland ports.
Cruise Whitsundays also operates Australia's first underwater accommodation, Reef suites, and a Reefsleep glamping experience at the Reefworld pontoon, moored offshore at Hardy Reef on the Great Barrier Reef.

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality & Housekeeping professional to join our team as a Reefsleep Host. Based at Reefworld, our permanently moored pontoon on the breathtaking Outer Great Barrier Reef, you'll play a vital role in delivering the one-of-a-kind Reefstay experience.
Guests immerse themselves in the magic of the reef while enjoying exceptional hospitality—and your mission is to ensure they walk away with memories that last a lifetime.
What your day might look like:Personalized hosting: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, provide concierge services, and assist with luggage handling.Housekeeping excellence: Maintain immaculate Reefbeds and Reefsuites to create a welcoming and comfortable environment.First impressions matter: Ensure Reefworld is pristine and presentable for all visitors, day and overnight.Hospitality at its finest: Deliver barista-quality coffee and exceptional fine dining food and beverage services.Making moments magical: Add personal touches to special occasions, turning them into unforgettable memories.Team spirit: Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to create seamless and extraordinary guest experiences.The CandidateWe're looking for someone who's not just skilled but genuinely passionate about hospitality and proud of the service they deliver.
You go above and beyond to create memorable, unique guest experiences and bring a personal, genuine touch to your role.
To excel in this role, you'll have: Hands-on experience as a barista, confidently operating a commercial coffee machine.Fine dining and housekeeping experience (highly desirable).Experience in guest accommodation or rooms division management (highly desirable).Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong guest relationships.A creative, adaptable approach to problem-solving.A proactive, self-motivated attitude with reliability as your cornerstone.High attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional standards.The ability to work collaboratively in a small, close-knit team environment.Who you are matters to us. Minimum Requirements:Certificate III in Hospitality OR 3+ years experience in 4-5 star hospitality service environment.Elements of Shipboard Safety / STCW.QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol.QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.HLTAID015 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Apply Oxygen Resuscitation.National Police Check.WHV 6 Month Work Limitation Exemption.Are you ready to join us?
