Leveraging the global view and local expertise of their colleagues serving 140 countries and markets, they help to sharpen your strategy, enhance organizational resilience, motivate your workforce, and maximize performance.About the RoleDescriptionThe Client Solutions Director will drive new business sales opportunities across a variety of industries and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business.The RoleIdentify, qualify, and attract new clients by understanding their risks and aligning with WTW subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions to larger clients.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, oversee bid strategies, and coordinate RFP responses to drive business growth.Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening WTW's reputation in the market through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement.Partner with business leaders, placement specialists, and client management teams, leading new business opportunities through to a win.Ensure smooth transitions for client servicing teams by clearly communicating needs and expectations for successful execution.Adopt WTW sales best-practice processes and methodologies to ensure a consistent, 'One WTW' client experience.QualificationsThe RequirementsDemonstrated track record of success in winning large, strategically important clients within the commercial risk/insurance or professional services industry.Experience working within a sales environment with proven results, and willingness to align to existing methodologies and best-practice sales approaches.Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.Strong analytical and presentation skills.Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels.Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of CRM tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to effectively utilize them to monitor performance and lead generation effectiveness.Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation.What You'll Be Responsible ForAdvocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.Support customers gain value from the product/service, including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice.Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.Skills You'll NeedWorks with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention, and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities.Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
