Part Time PositionSupportive teamGenerous Salary PackagingBanyule Community Health seeks to employ a highly motivated Receptionist to provide exemplary customer service to clients, staff, and visitors to the local community.
The role will provide reception, telephony, and general administration support to multiple on-site and off-site service delivery programs including Dental, Medical, Allied Health, and Wellbeing services as well as site-based administration support.
The position is Part Time 60 hours per fortnight (4 days per week) with a requirement to be flexible to work between the hours of 7.45 am and 5.00 pm (7.5 hour days).
Key Skills:Ability to manage a busy reception desk with competing demandsAbility to operate multiple electronic client management systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to interact with diverse and challenging clientsQualifications and Experience:Experience in reception work, preferable in the health industryKnowledge of Client Management Systems (useful but not necessary)Understanding of Community HealthPlease address key selection criteria in your cover letter.
