The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to join our Gastroenterology team.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Your exceptional clinical expertise, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Gastroenterology unit, ensuring efficient resource management, effective communication and adherence to best practices.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
