Regional Assessing Manager

Regional accountability for assessed cost, claims management and customer outcomes Newly created opportunity within our Shannons Customer Claims structure Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne location About the role The Shannons Regional Assessing Manager is responsible for driving exceptional customer and claims outcomes for Shannons Specialist Assessing across the designated region by engaging, empowering and leading a team of Specialist Assessors to operationalise the Shannons assessing strategy.
The role is responsible for defining and executing the relevant assessing strategy (predominantly managing motor claims at non-recommended repairers).
What you'll do Regional accountability for assessed cost, claims management and customer outcomes across the Shannons portfolio for the relevant group of work (motor claims at predominantly non-recommended repairers) Leadership of a diverse workforce to achieve results through geographic dispersion across the region Execute the Shannons Assessing strategy to deliver optimal claims outcomes by leveraging and operationalising investments in people, data, digital and technology.
