Your new role Lead the creation of the Centre's Marketing StrategyDevelop an innovative and strategic marketing planEnsure the marketing plan supports the Centre's overarching strategyCustomise the marketing plan for the local communityGenerate consumer and retailer engagementContribute to sales and traffic growth for the CentreDevelop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersShare knowledge and experiences with colleaguesProvide leadership within the Centre Management teamWhat you'll need to succeed Understanding of retail dynamics and customer behaviourProven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the retail sectorFamiliarity with executing campaigns, managing budgets, and analysing market trendsAbility to develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in contributing to broader management goals.What you'll get in return You'll be working with a close-knit team that boasts an exceptional work culture.
