For candidates who want to pursue their university studies in Australia with financial support, the good news is that there is a scholarship programme known as the Vice-Chancellor's Academic Excellence Scholarship at Deakin University.
You need to meet the eligibility requirements as well as follow the application process as outlined below.

Deakin's prestigious Vice-Chancellor's Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded each year to 26 eligible undergraduate students whose exceptional academic achievements and extra-curricular activities truly set them apart.

100% of your student contribution (tuition fees).
Participation in the Vice-Chancellor's Professional Excellence Program – an exclusive opportunity for professional and personal growth that runs for the duration of the scholarship.
A cash payment of $5000 per year ($625 per credit point).
100% of your Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF).
The scholarship is awarded for the normal full-time duration of the course.
Prospective candidates should ensure they meet all criteria before submitting their application.

To be eligible you must be:
an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa commencing at Deakin University in an undergraduate bachelor degree in Trimester 1 2023 enrolled full time unless there are exceptional circumstances preventing full-time study enrolled in a Commonwealth supported place (CSP).
Applications for Trimester 1 2023:
Open: 1 September 2022 Close: 9 January 2023 at 5pm Scholarship offer rounds are the following:
Early Round: Submit your application and all supporting documentation by 5 December 2022 at 5pm .
Round 1: Submit your application and all supporting documentation by 9 January 2023 at 5pm .
Re-offer Round: Submit your application and all supporting documentation by 2 February 2023 at 5pm to be considered for any remaining scholarships not taken up in previous offer rounds.
All scholarships will be offered within six weeks of the Re-offer round closing date.
