We are seeking a talented individual to join our Honan Strata team at Marsh.
This role will be based in the Perth office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth objectives of Marsh by managing and developing business within a nominated portfolio, ensuring high-quality client service and satisfaction.
We will count on you to: Maintain and service a portfolio of clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies.Develop and manage insurance programs for clients, collaborating closely with claims staff.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders.Ensure timely execution of pre-renewal processes and strategic placement.Provide operational support and excellent client service in daily interactions and client inquiries.Assist in training and development of team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.Monitor overdue debtors and ensure administrative tasks are completed within set timeframes.What you need to have: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of customer service standards and claims processes.Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.What makes you stand out: Experience in insurance.Tier 1 qualified.Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Applications will only be considered from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia.
