BIG4 Holiday Parks is searching for a dynamic and strategic Loyalty & Retention Manager to join our team.
About Us BIG4 is Australia's favourite holiday park network, voted number one for location, experience, cleanliness, and service.
The BIG4 brand is experiencing an exceptional period of growth, with an exciting digital transformation agenda underway to further enhance our leadership position within the holiday park and online booking categories.
BIG4 Holiday Parks is a marketing cooperative, and all parks are franchisees which are individually owned and operated, from single park operators through to large corporate groups with national, multi-park footprints.
The purpose of our roles is to support the overall BIG4 brand and deliver growth and value for our park customers.
About the Role As the Loyalty & Retention Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Loyalty & Retention to define and execute a forward-thinking loyalty strategy.
This role is pivotal in delivering a best-in-class rewards program that drives sustained engagement and membership growth.
You'll lead a small, but high-performing team, ensuring the seamless operation of our loyalty program, Perks+, while implementing innovative CRM campaigns and personalisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a Membership Roadmap aligned with strategic goals to enhance member value and loyalty.Analyse membership performance and customer behaviour, translating insights into impactful strategies.Lead the development of personalised, omni-channel customer journeys to drive engagement and retention.Manage marketing automation platforms (MAP), ensuring compliance and maximising ROI.Collaborate across teams to integrate customer feedback, improving overall brand experiences.Foster a culture of learning and excellence within the Loyalty & Retention team.About You You are an experienced loyalty professional with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
You bring:
A proven track record managing loyalty programs and lifecycle campaigns.Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable strategies.Why Join Us?
