Role accountabilities include : Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries within the Creative City Group.Provide administrative support such as preparing agendas, minutes, and financial documents.Help deliver amazing arts and cultural programs through project support, event coordination, and venue bookings.Keep our communications sharp by editing public-facing content and managing internal updates.Champion innovation and continuous improvement within our processes.You are an organised multitasker with a passion for creativity and community.
You thrive in dynamic environments, love bringing order to complexity, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to support arts, culture, and events.
Your communication skills shine, and you take pride in delivering work that's accurate, professional, and engaging.
