National Account Manager - Coles and WoolworthsAccount & Relationship Management (Sales)This iconic and well-known FMCG food organisation, with strong core values, sources and locally produces products with a significant emphasis on innovation and development.
They operate mainly within the Grocery and Foodservice channels, but there is a real opportunity for further scope and growth in other channels.About the RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director (and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer), your key responsibilities will be to:Develop and enhance the key relationships with major National Grocery chains, specifically Coles and Woolworths, as well as Independents, while seeking to develop new business opportunities.Manage one direct report and the relationship with a 3rd party Brokerage organisation that manages the field force.Collaborate to successfully implement channel and category solutions that deliver sustainable growth and ongoing relationships.Work closely with major stakeholders across the business to align their values and professionalism while proactively sourcing emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity that add real value to the business and its customer groups.Qualifications and ExperiencePreferably degree qualified in Business or other related courses.MUST have previous National Account Executive/Management experience within the Food category, managing Coles, Woolworths, or both, and possibly Independents.Possess superior communication skills with an ability to negotiate and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.A proven background and ability to build long sustainable relationships that create growth and add real value.Outstanding commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and building broader brand awareness as this organisation continues to grow and flourish.An ability to work cross-functionally in project teams while fitting into an energetic and dynamic culture in a growing business, as well as thrive in a performance-driven market.How to ApplyTo learn more about this exceptional opportunity, please send your resume in WORD format to or for a confidential discussion, please contact Jason Burgess on .#J-18808-Ljbffr
