The Role As a Senior Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing Xero's mid-tier and large accounting partners.
Your key focus will be to help these partners execute effective digital strategies, empowering them to successfully migrate their clients to the Xero platform.
This is a dynamic field-based role requiring relationship-building, strategic planning, and ongoing partner support to deliver real, measurable results.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing sales relationships with accounting partners.
Driving partner engagement to meet customer acquisition and retention targets.
Developing and implementing project plans to support client migrations to Xero.
Hosting partner events, webinars, and training sessions to drive platform adoption.
Regularly engaging with partners to provide guidance and foster long-term collaboration.
Maintaining data integrity and insights in Salesforce for effective territory management.
About You You'll bring a passion for the online accounting and FinTech space, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
With a natural ability to build rapport, you will confidently drive partner success while maintaining a strategic focus on growth opportunities.
To thrive in this role, you will possess: Proven experience in a sales, account management, or client relationship role.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with an enthusiasm for building strong partnerships.
Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
