Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable IT Project Administrator to join their dynamic team in Perth.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside Senior Project Management, providing crucial support for successful project delivery.
You will be involved in coordinating project meetings, communicating updates to stakeholders, and offering administrative support to large-scale software project implementations.What you'll do:Work alongside Senior Project Management to enable successful project deliveryAssist PMs with schedule, budget, and scope managementCoordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutesCommunicate project updates to stakeholders and team membersProvide administrative support to large-scale software project implementationsSupport IT Leadership team with administrative tasks as neededAssist with the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other documentsWhat you bring:Proven experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in an IT environmentExperience in supporting multiple, concurrent projectsExposure to project management software and tools (e.g.
Microsoft Project, DevOps, JIRA, Trello)Good Microsoft systems experience (e.g.
