We are looking for a Management Assistant to join our Digital Insurer Tech & Delivery team and provide a high level of support to multiple Leaders and the broader team.
This role will include the co-ordination and management of all administrative functions such as email monitoring and prioritisation, travel and accommodation, meeting schedules and telephone messages.

This role is also involved with coordinating workshops, preparing and compiling reports and spreadsheets, developing PowerPoint presentations and general administration.

This role is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday.
It is open to applicants in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

What you'll do
Diary Management: Manage emails, schedule meetings, maintain calendar, and provide daily schedules, agendas, and minutes.
Travel & Accommodation: Arrange travel and lodging for Business Leader and teams.
Meeting Arrangements: Organise recurring meetings (room bookings, video conferencing, catering), attend meetings, and track action items.
New Starter Coordination: Set up security access, workstations, laptops, and telephony for new starters.
Corporate Visa Reconciliation: Reconcile Visa cards monthly, submit reports, and address account queries.
People Metrics: Maintain org charts, OPS data, and directories; update FTE spreadsheets and support recruitment.
Admin Support: Manage emails, meetings, leave requests, and handle non-critical issues for Business Leader.
Team Functions/Conferences: Organise events (venue, technical requirements, catering) and coordinate travel, bookings, and guest speakers.
What you'll bring
Prior Management Assistant experience supporting a senior manager within a corporate environment.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Nitro.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prioritisation and time management skills, with ability to work in a deadline environment and remain calm and rational under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Commitment to and ability to work collaboratively towards team goals.
Works effectively in diverse and flexible teams, valuing different views and experience and maintaining confidentiality.
