Operating across 7 countries now and growing, we're on a mission to continue our expansion across the Australian market.With an established Victorian operation and ever-growing market share, the business now has big growth plans for 2025 and beyond.Role Overview:As an In-Home Solar Representative, you will be the face of 1Komma5 Australia, interacting directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the process of going solar.
You will conduct in-home consultations, assess energy needs, and design custom solar solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.You will be provided with a steady stream of quality leads provided every week, however in between meetings you will be required to investigate additional opportunities through the company database.What we are looking for:Strong previous experience in selling solar systems in a face-to-face capacity.Strong knowledge of the solar industry.Self-motivated, hungry, and results-driven mentality to close sales.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules.Solid IT skills.Indian speaking candidates would be highly regarded.Why Join Us:Generous base salary of $70k + super.Excellent uncapped earning potential above $130k p.a minimum.Be a part of something amazing — join a National team of solar professionals on a mission to change the world, one rooftop at a time.Plug into a dynamic, collaborative work environment where innovation and creativity shine brighter than the sun.If you're passionate about renewable energy, have strong sales experience, and are eager to make significant commissions, we encourage you to apply today
