Customer Relations Officer

Your new employer We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Relations Officer to join the Stakeholder Relations team.
This is a full-time maternity leave contract of up to 12 months, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while serving our vibrant community.
Your new role The focus of this role will be to deliver attentive customer service at first point of contact; to engage with our community members and visitors, identifying their needs and providing solutions, information, and cashiering services to resolve their reason for contact.
What you'll need to succeed Knowledge of customer engagement processes including conflict resolutionExperience working within a contact or call centre environmentAbility to provide high-quality service delivery and demonstrated administration skillsDemonstrated ability to apply effective verbal and written communication strategies to negotiate and resolve varied and complex customer needsExperience performing point of sale, cash handling, and float reconciliation duties.The benefits of working for us Salary range of $72,031 - $74,786 per annumUp to 16.5% Council superannuation contributionFive weeks annual leaveWork-life balance including flexible working arrangements, easy access to public transport and our famous Albany Hwy café stripJob share opportunities may be consideredFree use of gym and aquatic facilities (conditions apply)Ongoing training and developmentExciting change-creating projectsSound like you?
