A Closer Look at the Role
As a 360° Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll build and manage your own permanent recruitment desk.
You'll connect with key decision-makers in your target industries and promote Recruitflex as their go-to partner for all things recruitment, while driving social change.
Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process—strategic talent sourcing, screening, referrals, and providing ongoing advice and support.
You'll have the benefit of our unique, purpose-driven brand and a dynamic, supportive team to back you up, along with access to cutting-edge internal tools and resources.
We're open to candidates who want either full-time or part-time hours, and we encourage you to leverage your expertise in the areas where you specialise.
The sectors we focus on continue to evolve, offering opportunities for growth and innovation.
