THE ROLE… Reporting to the QLD Residential Manager, you will be responsible for achieving market dominance in the residential building sector.
The role will drive significant growth and expand existing relationships in the business.
You will also be expected to:
Source and win new business from your established industry networksEstablish and maintain relevant and meaningful industry network relationshipsKeep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and technical knowledgeDevelop and conduct professional and engaging presentationsPromote and secure Preferred Supplier AgreementsYOU… You will demonstrate your experience and proven track record as a successful BDM in the building industry and that you are an expert in the art of sales, overcoming objections and closing deals at a professional level.
