Working closely with our CEO, Nate, and Creative Director, Max, you'll drive the acquisition strategy for our core sellers and lead content and digital initiatives like short-form video content, blogs, and partnership activities.This is a broad role with room to make a massive impact, get creative, and grow as Shopfront scales.What You'll Be Doing Day-to-DayManaging our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn).Growing our seller waitlist and onboarding sellers when we launch.Building and executing our digital advertising strategy (Meta and influencer campaigns).Contributing to copy and design (e.g., website, blogs, SEO, and social media content).Developing partnerships and working with existing partners (e.g., vintage markets, high-volume sellers/influencers) to grow our brand.Supporting ad-hoc business activities, such as attending events, pitching, and customer/product-related initiatives.What Great Looks Like We're looking for a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, resonates with our vision, and is passionate about building a sustainable future in secondhand and alternative markets.Ideal candidates will:Have proficiency with tools like Canva and Figma.Be comfortable working autonomously and wearing multiple hats.Bring creativity and energy to rapidly scale the Shopfront brand in Australia and globally.Bonus PointsExperience in secondhand/alternative goods, marketplaces, or e-commerce.Familiarity with influencer marketing and short-form content trends.About Shopfront Shopfront is a VC-backed business creating a single entry point to every marketplace, enabling seamless omni-channel selling for any seller and product.
