We currently have a vacancy for a dedicated & experienced Hospitality Manager to join one of our most prestigious sites located in Brisbane CBD Restaurant Associates prides itself on providing food and service at the highest level, bringing the fine dining experience of the world's best restaurants into our clients' spaces. This role is perfect for a career-focused restaurant manager or similar looking for work/life balance.
THE POSITION: Client, stakeholder, and supplier liaison, including event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions.Mentoring and growing your team.Delivering a seamless operation to the employee food program and ad hoc functions.Developing leadership and employee capability, and fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation.Driving operational efficiency to maximize financial results without compromising quality.THE PERSON: Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred.Experience in a comparable corporate, fine dining or 5-star/multi-site catering environment.Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels.Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing a team of hospitality professionals.Able/willing to obtain a National Police check.THE BENEFITS: Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Professional development opportunities to enhance your career.A dynamic and supportive team environment.Opportunities for advancement within a prestigious organization.Your commitment to quality service delivery will be rewarded through excellent career and development opportunities.
