We are currently looking for a production estimator to join a new home builder in Loganholme.

Due to exciting growth, an opportunity has opened up for a Production Estimator to join their team
THE ROLE Carry out full production estimates for new housing projects.Responsible for every aspect of the home's estimation, including requesting quotes, liaising with suppliers, preparing material take-offs and raising purchase orders.Preparing BOQs for completed jobs.Releasing and managing purchase orders.You will bring superb time management skills that will ensure you can manage the high levels of workflow.WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU Full time opportunity, Monday - Friday.Easy to get to office location - central to shops, cafes, motorway.Salary to reflect experience, open to negotiation to reflect experience and qualifications.WHAT YOU WILL NEED Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Production Estimator within the residential building industry (local experience is preferred)A strong focus on attention to detail and sound construction knowledgeTeam orientatedDatabuild experience is essentialIn the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
