This role is like running your own business
We require a strong, customer-focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running, based in our Leppington Homeworld Display Centre.
You can show off our 2 Freedom (Marion 30 and Zita 29) and 1 Designer (Vantage 38) Display Homes.

Incredible opportunity to showcase our three great designs and quality products to any customer that walks in the door and discuss our 100+ award-winning designs to suit their block of land.
Weekend work is a must.
Displays are open 10am till 5pm.

Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display center.
Greet and assist visitors to the display home, providing advice on house design selection, upgrades, options, and contingencies.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers in making informed decisions within timeframe and budget.
Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation.
Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor.
Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.

Minimum Requirements: Positive, can-do attitude with a need to win.
Residential sales experience is an advantage, but experience within a face-to-face sales environment is essential.
A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.
Exceptional networking and customer service skills.
Passion for the residential building industry and excitement to promote our great designs, products, and services.
Well-developed organizational and client management capabilities.
Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
