Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and manage business analysis activities for their data transformation project.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, analyse complex data sets, and design solutions that meet business needs.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving process improvements and supporting change management activities.
What you'll do:Lead and manage business analysis activities for a data transformation projectCollaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsDesign and implement data solutions that meet business needsAnalyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision-makingEvaluate current business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutionsCreate detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagramsWork closely with technical teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business needsDevelop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data solutionsSupport change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new data systems and processesWhat you bring:Proven experience in leading business analysis activities for large-scale projectsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather and document business requirements effectivelyProficiency in analysing complex data sets to derive meaningful insightsExperience in evaluating business processes and systems for improvement opportunitiesAbility to create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagramsExperience working closely with technical teams to design data solutionsExperience in developing test plans to validate the accuracy of data solutionsExperience supporting change management activitiesWhat sets this company apart:Our client is a leading organisation known for its commitment to innovation and excellence.
