Join Our Team as an Aboriginal Cultural OfficerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aboriginal Cultural Officer to join our team at Transgrid.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in engaging and collaborating with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to ensure our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) aligns with their rights and interests.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the clean energy sector, building strong relationships with stakeholders, including First Nations Elders, Traditional Owners, and communities.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring effective engagement and collaboration on the RAP with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communitiesManaging and delivering on initiatives embedded in the RAPDeveloping key foundational Indigenous strategies across all of Transgrid and our RAPLiaising with Policy and Program areas to provide feedback on policies and processes that affect Aboriginal stakeholdersWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career development and growth.
