L'obiettivo del ruolo è quello di assicurare il rispetto delle norme e delle politiche di sicurezza, far sì che la manutenzione preventiva sia condotta in maniera puntuale e secondo standard elevati, nonché garantire elevati livelli di disponibilità delle attrezzature attraverso un miglioramento continuo delle stesse.
Turni di lavoro: questo ruolo si basa su una turnazione non tradizionale che può includere notti e fine settimana.
Responsabilità principali del lavoro:
Mettere al primo posto le migliori pratiche per la salute e la sicurezza in tutte le attività giornaliere garantendo la conformità a tutti gli standard e le normative in materia di salute e sicurezza.
Effettuare la manutenzione preventiva pianificata su tutte le apparecchiature presenti in sito.
Far fronte rapidamente ai guasti, comunicare chiaramente con le parti interessate e lavorare in modo efficiente per risolvere i problemi.
Supportare il miglioramento continuo imparando dai guasti e dando feedback e suggerimenti di miglioramento al proprio/a responsabile.
Far sì che le apparecchiature siano disponibili per i clienti interni.
Supportare e imparare dai e dalle responsabili di turno (Senior Technicians).
Gestire i fornitori.
Requisiti minimi:
Rilevante conoscenza nelle discipline elettriche e meccaniche comprovata da esperienza sul campo e/o percorso formativo.
Esperienza con sistemi per la pianificazione delle manutenzioni.
Esperienza nella ricerca di guasti nei sistemi di automazione delle attrezzature per la movimentazione dei materiali (MHE: Material Handling Equipment).
Esperienza nell'interpretazione di disegni sia meccanici che elettrici.
Esperienza nella manutenzione dei nastri trasportatori, controlli motori / inverter.
Conoscenza del processo Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
Esperienza apparecchiature in media ed alta tensione.
Esperienza in apparecchiature per lo smistamento.
Esperienza in manutenzione / configurazione di scanner di codici a barre.
Esperienza in macchine di stampa e applicazione etichette.
Conoscenza del processo di Permesso di lavoro.
