We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor's limitless possibilities.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the Front Office team at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park.Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will:Lead a shift of front office professionals, including our overnight team, ensuring our guest experience is at the forefront at all times.Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for the Front Office department and fostering a focus on guest engagement.Assist with the management of the team including training and development, ensuring the team's success.Lead by example when attending to guest requests.
