Job Description Reporting into the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
Manage 2-3 direct reportsManage the Accounts Payable processesManage the Accounts Receivable processesManage the growers payment processManage the corporate cardsManage all fixed assetsAssist the CFO with expense management asset forecast and strategy forecastsDevelop and implement process improvementsThe Successful Applicant The successful candidate must have at least 1-2 years in a similar Transnational Management position, managing a small team with an additional 5+ years in AP/AR roles.
Additionally, they will be immediately available and will have strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
Most importantly, they will be resilient, a strong leader, have a high attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills.
