This is a critical role responsible for enhancing relationships with Australian Retirement Trust's (ART) leaders. You'll be the go-to person for financial and commercial advice and insights. You'll be at the helm of driving performance monitoring, benefits realisation management, and governance excellence. Your contributions will be key in pushing ART towards world-class standards and boosting our overall organisational performance.This will see you:Team up with our leaders to craft and launch a performance and governance framework.Provide financial advice and insights that drive our performance.Elevate our finance business partner function.Oversee procurement to achieve commercial outcomes.Monitor our performance scorecard and help us achieve KPIs.Offer insights on strategic initiatives to the Exec Committee and Board.Manage our strategic planning and budget process.Ensure our initiatives align with overarching goals.Oversee benefit realisation and integrate it into our economic strategy.Forge strategic alliances to unlock market opportunities.Stay ahead of market trends and policies.Create a collaborative culture that drives engagement.Develop and execute risk strategies that meet regulatory needs.About youYou will be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You should also possess:A tertiary degree or a unique blend of education and financial knowledge.A proven track record in strategic frameworks or delivery roles.Political and commercial savvy.An understanding of the regulatory environment for superannuation in Australia.The ability to build trust and influence at executive and board levels.Experience in fostering a positive organisational culture.Curiosity and foresight for future trends.Experience in M&A environments.Extensive experience with governance and change management.Top-notch analytical and financial skills.Cultural awareness and sensitivity.About usOur 2.3 million members trust us to manage almost $300 billion in retirement savings.
