The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess a strong track record in curriculum design and implementation.
This position is offered on a temporary full-time basis until 23 May 2025, unless otherwise determined.This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.About Kippa Ring State SchoolOur school is a unique and caring school that is located on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

The community of Kippa-Ring State School invites you to become part of this, as an active member.Kippa-Ring has an active P&C Association who are vital in helping to shape the direction of the school and assist in providing a wide range of resources.About the RoleYou will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:Lead the relevant curriculum areas or whole school program to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Embed socially just practices in daily school life.Set high standards for student and staff performance.Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.Be futures-oriented and strategic.Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling especially in relation to students and staff within the school department.Manage the human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources of the curriculum areas or whole school program to achieve goals.A mandatory requirement of this role is:Current full registration, or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
