We help experts become true specialists and provide the long-term structure and platform to accelerate their success.Job DescriptionAs the Senior Team Assistant for QLD Agribusiness division, you will be supporting a team of high performing sales executives.
The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to these executives in order to produce accurate, timely and high-quality submissions and marketing documentation for clients.Key requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:Updating the CRM database, including listing information and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that the client and property information is accurate.Preparation and formatting of high-level documents.Preparation, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, while dealing with external providers.Booking flights, hire car & accommodation for all team members.Tracking of all recoverable expenses from Colliers Finance monthly.Ansarada data room upload and administration.Processing & tracking invoicing.Coordinating client meetings and functions, including liaising with catering and room/venue booking.QualificationsTo be successful in this challenging role, you will require:Exceptional organisation skills with timeline management, ability to deal simultaneously with several matters and work to deadlines in fast paced environment.Ability to manage internal relationships to gain the best outcome for the Agribusiness team both in the office and remotely supporting our people on the road.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Copilot AI with attention to detail and accuracy important.Skill and experience in preparing and proof-reading documents, including spelling and grammar attention to detail.InDesign & Smartsheet software experience is an advantage.Additional InformationWhat We Offer You:Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and up to 8 weeks for secondary carers.The opportunity to accelerate your HR career as our business continues to rapidly grow.Loyalty leave, additional annual leave up to 5 days for each completed year of service.The chance to shape the future of our organisation by joining the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Committee or one of our Employee Resource Groups.The opportunity to be based in a prime location complete with fantastic end of trip facilities, complimentary yoga and Pilates classes and the opportunity to work from home one day a week.Product Discounts and much morePlease apply with your CV or call Kate Dobbie-Associate Director, Careers on 07 3026 3309 for more information.Please be advised that applications will only be accepted directly rather than via recruitment agencies.
