The Role Ongoing Part-Time Clinical Unit Head (CUH) – Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

You will lead the Obstetrics & Gynaecology team, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director of Women & Children, Director of Nursing & Midwifery, Business Director, Medical Workforce Unit, and other Clinical Unit Heads.

Hourly Rate (excluding super): $172.30 – $211.37, depending on classification (HN28 – HN58 / HM33 – HM41) The Location Our client is a leading regional hospital based in a university town within an hour's drive of Melbourne.

The Hospital With more than 3500 staff and covering an area a quarter the size of Victoria, the hospital has over 720 beds which treats over 55,000 in-patients, attends to 65,000 emergency cases and delivers approximately 1400 babies each year.
In addition we have a 20 bed intensive care unit, an 80-bed integrated psychiatry facility and 11 operating theatres where almost 13,000 surgical procedures are performed annually.
The Requirements Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) Extensive knowledge of current trends affecting public sector health services in Australia.
