National Sales Specialist

The role is to develop and grow the product portfolio in ANZ and deliver on the set annual budgets / targets.
The role is to support the sales team and pitch our solutions to our new and existing customers, consultants, and contractors.
The responsibility includes supporting customers and the sales team in the pre-sales stage by identifying opportunities and developing those opportunities to a closing/win stage.
To introduce our capabilities with the Consultants and Contractors to ensure the solutions are specified at initial stages of opportunities.
The responsibility includes understanding market size, collecting Voice of Customers, market requirements, and working with engineering to be the liaison with product management and factory to develop winning products and solutions driven by ANZ market demands to successfully differentiate and compete in deals.
Create competitive strategy and position our products in the market working closely with our Vertical leaders and the sales teams.
Help the sales team to technically present liquid cooling solutions to our customers.
The role requires creating the funnel for sales, developing opportunities, and ensuring accurate forecasting aligned to the overall forecast.
Looking for opportunities for continuous improvements of engagement, processes, and how to better deliver on customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with experience in the data centre/critical infrastructure field.Minimum 3 years of experience in the thermal & Liquid market in ANZ.In-depth knowledge of standards in the thermal field.In-depth knowledge of our competitors' landscape, standards and design practices, and emerging technologies in the Asia market.Knowledge of Data Center applications in thermal system design and architecture.Technical presentation skills and skilled in customer and consultant interaction.Excellent interpersonal skills with peers to work in a matrix organization.The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principles & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
