They're long-term players who are proud of their flexibility, their agility and their ability to do whatever it takes to provide the most competitive and most reliable fuel supply to their customers across the country.Whilst Liberty Oil is owned by Viva Energy Australia, one of Australia's leading energy companies, it remains at its core an independent wholesale subsidiary with the advantage of being able to obtain support from the broader Viva Energy network.Job DescriptionThe role will build on existing business, and a strong focus on growth in the region and will report to the National Sales Manager.Responsibilities Include:Customer Relationship Management:Customer visits across the regions centred around Central NSW searching for and calling upon potential customers.Managing existing customers to grow sales profitably.Trouble shoot issues and manage customer requests in a timely manner, escalating to others in the organisation where appropriate.Organise and attend Field Days, sponsorship opportunities, and local activities that support the delivery of the business targets.Pricing and Debtor managementBeing a strong contributing member of the broader sales team.Collaborate with the Scheduling and Operations teams to service the end customer in the most efficient way.QualificationsOver two years of strong performance in a Sales role, preferably in the fuel industry or supply into the agriculture sectors.Ability to share relevant information across the business through strong communication skills.Manage stakeholders through a strong understanding of internal and external customer needs.Make sound commercial decisions in a timely manner through a strong ability to solve complex problems.Good motivational skillsGood ability to understand the financial effects of certain choices and decisions.Some ability to read and interpret basic business financial reports.Additional InformationWe welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.If you believe you are suited for this role please submit your CV and Cover Letter by clicking the 'apply now' button below.Please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
