Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving sales growth across Western Australia and South Australia.
This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to develop lasting client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Your role will cover: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets within the territory.Develop and strengthen relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.Represent Elme Living at industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand.Qualifications: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven field sales track record achieving targets, especially in home decor wholesale.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel throughout Western Australia and South Australia.What We Offer: Competitive salary with a commission structure.Company vehicle and tools of the trade.A supportive and dynamic work environment.How to Apply: If you have a passion for interior design and decor, coupled with a strong drive for sales, we would love to hear from you
