Position Overview
Advertising Council Australia (ACA) is the peak industry body for Advertising agencies.
ACA is committed to raising the professional standards of Australia's advertising industry.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Member Support Coordinator to join our team.
This role is pivotal in providing administrative support across various functions, including event coordination, data management, and member support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination Support the planning and execution of events and professional development (PD) activities such as AdSchool, AWARD School and IPA courses.
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
Communicate with participants and speakers to ensure a smooth event experience.
Data Management & Entry Assist with the accurate entry and maintenance of data in various systems (system training will be provided).
Regularly update and manage member databases and records.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
Member Support Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries and support requests.
Provide timely and helpful responses to ensure member satisfaction.
Assist in developing member resources and communication materials.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience/training in administrative support or a related field (i.e.
advertising) is preferred but not required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and/or Google Suite (i.e.
Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) required.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, with prior notice.
Gain valuable experience in advertising industry, event coordination and data management.
