We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering a large-scaledata transformation program.
In this position, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyse complex data sets, and design innovative data-driven solutions.
Your expertise in business analysis and process improvement will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring the successful implementation of this transformative program.
Sydney CBD - Hybrid working Permanent role Up to $165k + super Must have Citizenship / PR Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to define and document requirements.
Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
Process Improvement: Assess current processes, recommend solutions, and implement enhancements.
Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective data solutions.
Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to confirm data integrity and solution accuracy.
Change Management: Support training and communication activities to ensure successful system adoption.
Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on data transformation projects.
Previous Australian Big 4 Banking experience.
Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex business requirements.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, and Azure.
Solid knowledge of data migration, data modelling, data warehousing, and data governance.
Experience leading complex projects to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
Familiarity with change management principles and techniques.
