- Brand Development: Build and enhance Peer TC's brand identity as a trusted and innovative player in the Australian cryptocurrency market.
- User Acquisition: Lead multi-channel campaigns to attract retail and institutional clients, leveraging digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-impact educational content, blogs, and guides to simplify cryptocurrency for Australian users.
- Partnerships & PR: Foster relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and media outlets to amplify Peer TC's market presence.
- Analytics & Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and achieve measurable ROI.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns and projects effectively.
- Compliance Alignment: Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing efforts adhere to Australian cryptocurrency regulations.
Qualifications- Proven Experience: 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
- Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and digital finance.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and market share.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in leveraging analytics tools to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Communication Expertise: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand positioning.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with Australian cryptocurrency regulations and marketing standards.
