Personal Care Our dedicated team provides personalised support with daily personal care routines, ensuring individuals feel comfortable and confident in maintaining their hygiene and grooming needs.
Household Tasks Our household tasks assistance covers every corner of your home, including bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, living areas, and bedrooms.
Medication Management From organising medication schedules to ensuring timely administration, we prioritise your health and well-being every step of the way.
Private Transport Support Wek Services provides transport support services for individuals who find it difficult to travel independently without assistance.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Respite Our mission is to offer professional 24 / 7 support to NDIS participants, fostering independence and confidence while maintaining open communication with families, carers, friends, and support networks.
Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Respite Short Term Accommodation (STA), including respite, is designed to offer temporary accommodation and skill-building opportunities for NDIS participants.
Life Stages and Transitions We provide comprehensive support during life stages and transitions, such as moving to independent living arrangements or transitioning between educational settings.
