Business Development Coordinator

Wood is currently looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting the BU SVP/VP BD and/or BDD to ensure process adherence to SD Procedures and Corporate Governance requirementsArrange and host Lead Review Meetings and ensure notes and actions are circulated in a clear and timely wayProvide BD reports, information and analysis for area of responsibility as required by the BU, including dashboards. This may include sales funnel reports, TOPPs and Key opportunities, wins and losses, work to win analysis, competitor analysis and market researchMicrosoft CRM Dynamics administration for the BU which may include booking won opportunities, adding customers and competitors, providing superuser support (generating dashboards, scheduling reports), training new users in the system, monitoring the accuracy of data held in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and making corrections on behalf of the BU. Individual may formally act as an Application Administrator for CRM, with additional responsibilitiesCoordinating win plan reviews as required by the BUParticipate in and support win plans and account plan development and reviews relevant to the BUSupport the business with Supplier Registration coordination - making updates, ensuring that all Wood services are fully represented and working with counterparts in other businesses to ensure alignmentStrategy and Development SharePoint administration if part of roleThe role may also include support to the strategy function in terms of market research, development of strategy, competitor trendsRole may also include a level of Proposals support if required by the BUKeeping an organized and up-to-date database of customer contact information, including key contacts, communication history, and preferences, to facilitate effective outreach and relationship-building.Arranging and scheduling meetings with clients, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups are conducted to maintain engagement and address any ongoing needs or concerns.QUALIFICATIONSQualifications:Degree level educationKnowledge, skills and experience:Organization, administrative and communication skillsAt least 2 years in business environmentSome knowledge of one or more of the markets in which Wood operatesSome CRM experience preferredProposal experience required (if part of this role)Excellent use of Word, Excel, PowerPointData managementClear and concise communications - verbal and writtenAbility to work unsupervised or as part of a teamAbility to present fact-based data with supporting commentary, that is accurate and focused on the questions to be answeredPersonal attributes:Enjoy challenging opportunities, and exhibits tenacityWilling to question and challenge to enhance understandingEven tempered in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentGood relationships: team player, friendly, flexible, and caringConsistent personal ethic: integrity, dependability, initiative, and qualityABOUT USWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
