If you're passionate about growth and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a real impactKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead Activation & Generation: Achieve set KPI's focused on lead activation and generation, with a strong emphasis on generating unique leads through face-to-face engagement. Drive high lead activity with an aggressive approach to meeting sales targets. Ensure strong conversion of leads, working towards measurable sales outcomes.Student Recruitment & Lead Conversion: Drive growth by sourcing, developing, and converting industry leads to meet and exceed enrolment targets. Leverage innovative recruitment strategies and industry partnerships to increase student engagement.Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective students, club owners, managers, and industry partners. Act as the brand ambassador, effectively promoting products and services aligned with sales and marketing strategies. Provide professional after-sales support to exceed customer expectations.Cross-Organizational Collaboration & Events: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with enrolment goals. Lead the planning and execution of career events, training sessions, and Personal Development Days to engage industry partners.Marketing & Brand Presence: Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, targeting specific audiences, to enhance the organization's presence. Ensure professional display and maintenance of marketing materials at partner locations through regular audits.Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting: Develop and present reports on enrolment efforts, sales, revenue, and student progression. Utilize data-driven insights to guide future marketing strategies and consistently achieve KPIs across contacts, appointments, and conversion rates.Enrolment Process Management: Oversee the entire enrolment process, ensuring a smooth transition from enrolment to graduation, while maintaining exceptional service levels.REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONSIndividuals with at least 3 years of sales experience.Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a related role (experience in the Fitness Industry preferable).Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships.Is a self-starter, has a competitive nature and a desire to drive growth in the business through commercial results.Strong communication and negotiation skills.A natural ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.Effective time management and prioritisation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and CRM software.Experience within RTO or Higher Education sector preferred, but not essential.WORKPLACE BENEFITSBe part of a vibrant, multi-cultural workplace.Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive culture.Engage in meaningful work that impacts students' lives and industry standards.Enjoy opportunities for professional development and career growth.HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in applying for the role, please submit your CV & cover letter (preference in PDF format).If you are a highly motivated and experienced individual looking for an exciting and challenging role with a company that will drive your career forward, apply today.
