We support close to five million active customers with a focus on being the bank of choice for Home Owners, for their home loans and other banking needs.As a Senior Change Manager for Customer Engagement, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders and the broader bank to deliver effective change to optimise the customer and banker experience and delivery of strategic objectives.You will lead a team of Change Analysts working on various business changes impacting frontline bankers.Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow.
Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: PermanentRole Location:833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours:Full-timeWhat will your day look like?We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to manage change management activities that will ensure the adoption of the changes implemented prepare our frontline and support our customers.As a Senior Change Manager, you will:Manage a team of Change AnalystsSupport change activities including updating processes, training, and communications to provide an optimal experience for our frontline and meet compliance requirementsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders from Retail portfolios and frontline team to ensure changes are well-managed and effectively deliveredHave Relentless focus on ensuring change is well delivered, being a strong advocate for our customers and bankers.Contribute to strong change governance across Customer Engagement.Complete Business Impact Assessments so that the change delivery teams are all clear on the actual impacts to FrontlineMeasure and manage change readiness to make sure all impacted frontline teams are ready prior to go liveDevelop and execute on Change Adoption & Embedment planning, ensuring that the change initiator continues until the changes are adopted and fully embeddedWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Lead and Empower people: Give people the space and confidence to think, decide and act with autonomy, and trust that they can deliver exceptional things with support and encouragement.Known for Getting Stuff Done – You effectively synthesise multiple sources of information and leverage a broad network of connections to relentlessly prioritise and executeRelationship Building: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Customer Engagement and the bank.Effective Communication: Clearly communicate updated processes, training, and compliance requirements.Change Governance: Ensure strong change governance and compliance.Initiative and Strategic Thinking: Lead initiatives to achieve strategic objectives, including Retail Transformation.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
