Full time opportunity based in SydneyJoin our successful WHS team in its next growth phaseSeeking top talent with experience in WHS management consultingClient Manager, (Senior Consultant) - Work Health & SafetyOur People Solutions practice focuses on the provision of Consulting and Advisory services to our portfolio of valued corporate clients within WHS, Accident & Health, Life, Workers Compensation, Private Health Insurance specialisations and Human Capital Solutions.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices.As this role is because of growth in the team, professional development opportunities are available for you to "learn on the job".
That means – time, mentoring and support is available for you to grow your skills and capabilities whilst you are in the role.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, driven and successful WHS Consultant to join our professional team with our People Solutions Practice.You will be responsible for:Delivering best in class WHS solutions to some of Australia's largest employersProject managing and delivery of WHS related proposals and WHS advisory engagementsCollaborating with our global network, developing new and innovative safety solutions for our Australian clientsDrafting of proposals, reports, and other key project deliverablesAdvising our clients on improving their safety performance.Skills and experience that will lead to successExperience in Work Health and SafetyPrior exposure to a variety of workplaces and situationsExperience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks and WHS strategies, procedures and processesFormal (or working towards) a tertiary level qualification in WHS; Health, Injury Management and/or associated degrees will be considered.
