We employ an exceptional team of engineers, manufacturers, and specialist maintenance technicians who possess the expertise to create and maintain cutting-edge solutions for materials handling systems throughout Australia.
THE ROLE This role will focus on providing technical support, assuming a leadership position during maintenance shutdowns, and delivering administrative and sales assistance for the TS Global Screening Media and Composite product line.
The perfect candidate will work hand in hand with sales and service teams, along with design and manufacturing staff, to ensure that products align with customer requirements.
KEY DUTIES Oversee servicing and maintenance operations on-site in the capacity of lead service supervisor.Execute engineering projects focused on enhancements to screen media and liner systems.Manage customer reporting and perform daily administrative responsibilities.Engage in business development activities.REQUIREMENTS Be experienced in Screening Media and Liners and in shutdown operations and maintenance activities, highly advantageous.Experience in a supervisory role is essential, with a bonus if that experience is related to screen media.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong computer and administration skills are a must for reporting, quotes, etc.If you're interested in joining the SMC team and helping to create the next generation of wear products and solutions from Pit to Port, we invite you to apply with your resume and cover letter and look forward to chatting with you further
