We are seeking a dynamic & results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts in our local & international Beauty portfolio.

About the role:
This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty in a competitive and fast-paced market.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of beauty trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to execute strategic marketing initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes.
This role focuses on both local and international markets.

Role & Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, product sales, and customer engagement.Identify market opportunities and align marketing efforts with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, influencer collaborations, events, and traditional advertising.Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns to optimize results.Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, product development, sales, and skin service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Conduct market research and customer surveys to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the skincare, beauty, or personal care industry.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics.Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
