The OpportunityWe are looking for a National Account Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the National Retail Sales Manager.
This role is pivotal in managing and strengthening relationships with key corporate retail accounts, including Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, and Costco.
Key Responsibilities: Drive consistent and profitable growth through strategic planning and joint business plans.Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key retail partners.Achieve sales, profit, and revenue targets while identifying opportunities for new product development (NPD) and range expansion.Cultivate strong internal relationships to uncover opportunities and deliver exceptional customer support.Skills & ExperienceWe are seeking a results-driven professional with experience managing corporate accounts in the food manufacturing sector.
A background in private label manufacturing or protein products is highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have: 4-6 years of sales experience with a proven track record in account management.Experience managing corporate accounts to achieve business objectives.Tertiary qualifications in Business (preferred but not essential).Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a history of success.Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to set and achieve independent goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Financial acumen, including P&L understanding and accurate reporting.Analytical skills to pinpoint key result areas and execute improvement plans.Attention to detail, particularly in S&OP forecasting cycles.Why Join Turosi?This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in Turosi's ambitious growth strategy while working with some of Australia's largest retailers.
